Blissful Beetroot Dip

Cumin oil recipe


  • 1 cup raw beetroot (peeled)

  • 1/2 red onion

  • bunch parsley

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp unhulled tahini

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 drop of cumin or lemon essential oil

  • salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender container in the order listed and secure the lid.

  2. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

  3. Serve with your favourite crackers and/or veggie crudites.
