Golden Moon Tofu Bowls

A grounding ritual meal for the intuitive soul.

The Harvest Full Moon is the brightest and largest of the year: a time of culmination, insight, and release. This is when you harvest not only what you’ve planted, but what you’ve outgrown.

Vibrant plant-based Buddha bowl with spiced quinoa, roasted chickpeas, tofu, fresh herbs, and creamy tahini or yogurt dressing, served in a white bowl — a healthy vegan dinner option

This meal is perfect for post-ritual grounding, pre-reading nourishment, or anytime you need to bring your energy down from the clouds and back into your body. As an intuitive, I prepare this when my intuition is stirred but my spirit needs anchoring.

It’s also a loving choice after intense tarot or oracle work when the veil feels thin, but your body calls for something steady and supportive.

Best Time to Eat

Dinner after a moon ritual or card reading

Lunch before a deep day of intuitive work

Perfect for grounding during emotional full moon waves

Benefits of This Meal

Tofu: High-protein and full of grounding Earth energy

Turmeric + Ginger: Anti-inflammatory and cleansing

Sweet Potato: Comforting, root energy to balance airy intuition

Brown Rice or Quinoa: Stabilizes your energy field

Tahini Dressing: Nourishing and supportive of sacral chakra flow

Ingredients (For 2 Servings)

For the Bowl:

* 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1 teaspoon turmeric

* ½ teaspoon paprika

* 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed

* 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice

* 1 cup kale or spinach

* Salt & pepper to taste

For the Tahini Dressing:

* 2 tablespoons tahini

* Juice of ½ lemon

* 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

* 1 garlic clove, finely minced

* 2-3 tablespoons warm water to thin

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Activate the Intention

Before you begin, take one grounding breath. Place your hands over your heart or womb space and whisper your intention for nourishment. This isn't just food, it’s a ritual.

Step 2: Prepare the Sweet Potato

* Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.

* Toss cubed sweet potato with olive oil, salt, and a little paprika.

* Roast for 25 minutes or until golden and fork-tender.

Tarot Tip: While roasting, pull a card to ask:

“What energy do I need to digest right now?”

Step 3: Cook the Tofu

* Pat tofu dry and toss with turmeric, olive oil, and paprika.

* Sauté on medium-high in a skillet until golden on all sides (8–10 min).

The Enchantress Insight: The golden hue of turmeric reminds us of solar plexus power, a perfect Full Moon chakra to nourish.

Step 4: Wilt the Greens

* In the same pan, quickly sauté spinach or kale until just wilted.

  Add a pinch of sea salt.

Note: This is your body’s “calm-down” cue. Greens signal grounding.

Step 5: Whisk the Tahini Dressing

* Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk until creamy.

  Add water to desired consistency.

Tip: Stir this dressing clockwise while repeating:

“I receive what nourishes me.”

Step 6: Assemble Your Ritual Bowl

In a wide bowl, layer:

* A scoop of rice or quinoa

* Golden tofu

* Roasted sweet potatoes

* Wilted greens

* Drizzle tahini dressing generously

Sprinkle with sesame seeds or hemp hearts if desired.

Tarot & Tofu: A Sacred Analogy

Preparing this dish is like reading for yourself:

You prep the space, like clearing your deck.

You season with intention, like setting your question.

You let things simmer, like letting your intuition speak.

You taste, adjust, and receive, like trusting the message.

Just like a card spread, the flavors come together not by force, but by flow.

Your journey isn’t only in your cards. It’s in your cupboards, your chopping board, and your breath between steps.

Rituals like this one help bring the Oracle back to herself. You’re not only meant to read for others, you’re meant to nourish the vessel that holds your wisdom.

Let this be your Full Moon love letter to your body.

If you make this, whisper your own prayer over it. And remember:

You are the ritual.

With grounding love,

Monica - The Enchantress

P.S. - If you've felt a nudge toward stepping into your gifts more fully, or if creating your own deck feels like a whisper you’ve been ignoring… you’re not alone.

I’ve built The Oracle’s Journey program for people just like you.

To bring your visions to life!

And right now, enrollment for the 2026 round is OPEN.

No pressure. Just an invitation to take a peek.

This is one of the many kinds of transformations that unfold inside:
