Intuition Bliss Bites with Sacred Cacao

Ingredients:
1 cup hazelnuts
1 cup dates (pitted)
1 tablespoon cacao powder (optional for extra chocolate flavour)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or to taste)
Pinch of cinnamon
Sacred cacao, grated and melted
Agave sugar (or icing sugar, as an alternative)
Flaked sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions:
Prepare the Bliss Balls:
In a food processor, combine the hazelnuts, dates, cacao powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Blend until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
Roll the dough into small balls, placing a whole hazelnut in the centre of each one.
Place the rolled balls on a tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
Coat the Balls:
While the balls are chilling, grate and melt the sacred cacao (you can use a double boiler or microwave with caution).
Once melted, stir in agave sugar (or icing sugar) to sweeten, adjusting to your desired taste.
Take the chilled balls out of the fridge and dip each one into the melted cacao mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
Sprinkle lightly with flaked sea salt.
Final Chill:
Return the coated bliss balls to the fridge for another 20 minutes to set and firm up.
