CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE
This lovely, and oh so simple, Chocolate Mousse will cure your craving and give you a solid dose of healthy and grounding fats to help you get through the tougher times of your transformation.
Vegan & Gluten Free
2.5 Avocados
100g Virgin Coconut Oil (melted)
120ml Agave Syrup / Rice Malt Syrup / Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
100g Raw Cacao Powder
1 pinch Salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor and whiz until smooth.
Place a generous spoonful of mousse into your choice of serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up. (Or eat right now!)
To serve, remove from fridge and garnish with cacao nibs, dark chocolate shavings and a sprinkle of sea salt flakes.

You can use your Essential Oils to give this basic dessert an added flavour element and taste profile. Depending on the oil, approx. 5 drops in total should do. Experiment to find your favourite!
