Refund Terms and Conditions
The Enchantress
These Refund Terms apply specifically to The Oracle’s Journey offered by The Enchantress.
By enrolling in The Oracle’s Journey, signing an enrolment form, making a payment, joining a payment plan, accessing course materials, or attending any part of the course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Refund Terms.
These terms apply in addition to The Enchantress’ general Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Complaints Policy, and any enrolment agreement provided at the time of enrolment.
COURSE COMMITMENT
The Oracle’s Journey is a professional training program that may include live online classes, course materials, Tarot training, oracle deck creation, intuitive development, business support, certification requirements, printing guidance, student support, online resources, and other course inclusions.
By enrolling, students acknowledge that they are committing to the full course and are responsible for understanding the course structure, dates, inclusions, fees, payment obligations, deck creation requirements, certification requirements, and printing deadlines before enrolling.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
All deposits for The Oracle’s Journey are non-refundable.
The deposit secures the student’s place in the course and contributes towards administration, enrolment processing, preparation, planning, student onboarding, course resources, and the reservation of a limited place in the program.
Because places in this course are limited, once a deposit has been paid, that place is held for the student and may no longer be available to another applicant.
Deposits will not be refunded due to change of mind, inability to attend, personal circumstances, non-participation, missed classes, withdrawal, failure to complete the course, or failure to complete the oracle deck.
PAYMENT PLANS
Where a payment plan is approved, the student agrees to complete all scheduled payments by the agreed due dates.
Payment plans are a commitment to pay the full agreed course fee. They are not a pay-as-you-go arrangement.
Failure to attend, participate, access course materials, complete classes, submit work, complete the oracle deck, or meet certification requirements does not release the student from their payment obligations.
If payments fall behind, The Enchantress may suspend access to course materials, live classes, recordings, student groups, mentoring, certification, printing support, printed decks, or any other course inclusions until the account is brought up to date.
Certificates and printed decks will not be issued until all course fees have been paid in full and all relevant course requirements have been completed.
REFUNDS BEFORE COURSE COMMENCEMENT
Refund requests made before the official course commencement date may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
However, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Any approved refund may be reduced by amounts already committed, processed, prepared, or delivered. This may include course administration, payment processing fees, student onboarding, digital course access, course materials, templates, printed resources, planning, preparation, or other materials and services already provided or arranged.
Refunds before commencement are not guaranteed and will depend on the timing of the request and what has already been prepared, delivered, or allocated to the student.
REFUNDS AFTER COURSE COMMENCEMENT
The Enchantress does not provide refunds once The Oracle’s Journey has commenced, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
This includes situations where a student changes their mind, does not attend live classes, misses classes, does not watch recordings, does not access course materials, does not complete course work, does not complete their oracle deck, does not meet certification requirements, withdraws from the course, disengages from the training, or is unable to continue due to personal circumstances.
Once the course has commenced, the student remains responsible for the full agreed course fee, including any remaining payment plan instalments.
The Enchantress complies with Australian Consumer Law. We are not required to provide a refund if a student changes their mind, decides they no longer want the course, or does not use the service they purchased.
DIGITAL COURSE MATERIALS AND RECORDINGS
The Oracle’s Journey may include digital course materials, recordings, videos, manuals, workbooks, templates, meditations, online resources, class replays, or access to a course portal or student group.
Refunds are not available for digital course materials once access has been provided.
Digital materials are considered delivered once access has been granted, whether or not the student chooses to view, download, complete, or use them.
All course materials remain the intellectual property of Monica Finazzo operating as The Enchantress and are provided for the student’s personal learning only. They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, modified, taught, sold, or used to create other training programs without written permission.
ORACLE DECK CREATION AND PRINTING
The Oracle’s Journey includes oracle deck creation and may include complimentary sample deck printing, depending on the course offer and student submission deadlines.
Students are responsible for creating, completing, and submitting their final print-ready oracle deck files by the required deadlines.
Students are also responsible for ensuring their files meet the technical specifications provided by The Enchantress.
Complimentary sample decks are determined by the date the student submits their final print-ready files, as follows:

If files are submitted by the official course completion date: three sample decks

If files are submitted within 8 weeks after the official course completion date: two sample decks

If files are submitted within 12 weeks after the official course completion date: one sample deck

Files submitted more than 12 weeks after the official course completion date will not include complimentary printing.
Printing may still be arranged at an additional cost, quoted individually based on deck specifications.
The Enchantress is under no obligation to print complimentary sample decks for files submitted outside the listed timeframes.
These printing deadlines form part of The Oracle’s Journey course terms.
Printed oracle decks will not be released until all course fees have been paid in full.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Certification is not automatic.
To receive certification, students must complete all required components of The Oracle’s Journey, meet the required standard, complete payment in full, and satisfy all attendance, participation, assessment, practical, and course completion requirements.
If a student does not complete the required components, they may not be eligible for certification, even if they have paid for the course.
No refund will be issued where a student does not meet certification requirements due to non-attendance, non-completion, non-participation, missed deadlines, disengagement, or failure to complete required course work.
Your enrolment form already states that successful completion of The Oracle’s Journey leads to certification recognised by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists, enabling students to apply for professional liability insurance.
PHYSICAL MATERIALS AND PRINTED RESOURCES
The Oracle’s Journey may include physical materials, printed resources, printed decks, workbooks, course materials, or other resources.
Once physical materials have been ordered, prepared, posted, printed, collected, or provided to the student, they are non-refundable.
If a student withdraws or does not complete the course, any physical materials already provided remain the student’s responsibility and will not be refunded or credited.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Refund, credit, transfer, or deferral requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptional circumstances may include serious illness, bereavement, emergency situations, or other significant events outside the student’s control.
Supporting documentation may be requested.
The Enchantress reserves the right to approve or decline refund, credit, transfer, or deferral requests at its discretion, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
TRANSFERS AND DEFERRALS
In some circumstances, The Enchantress may offer a transfer to a future course intake, credit towards another program, or a deferral.
This is entirely at the discretion of The Enchantress and will depend on availability, timing, course structure, student circumstances, and whether course resources, student support, printing arrangements, or materials have already been allocated.
Transfers, credits, and deferrals are not guaranteed.
Additional fees may apply if the future intake has different pricing, material costs, printing costs, course inclusions, or additional requirements.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY THE ENCHANTRESS
If The Enchantress cancels The Oracle’s Journey before it commences, students will be offered either a refund of payments made for that course, excluding any services, materials, or products already delivered, or the option to transfer to a future intake or alternative program where available.
If a class, workshop, training date, or course component needs to be changed due to illness, technology issues, facilitator availability, unforeseen circumstances, or circumstances outside our control, The Enchantress will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative date, format, recording, or arrangement.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Refund Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights the student may have under Australian Consumer Law.
The Enchantress is not required to provide a refund where a student changes their mind, chooses not to attend, does not complete the course, does not complete their oracle deck, or no longer wishes to participate.
However, students may be entitled to a remedy where services fail to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees cannot be removed by business policies or terms and conditions.

AGREEMENT
By enrolling in The Oracle’s Journey, signing an enrolment form, making a payment, joining a payment plan, accessing course materials, attending classes, participating in the student group, or receiving course materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Refund Terms.
