Grilled Cauliflower Steak over Spring Greens

This simple and light dish is Vegan friendly, Gluten free, and so delicious, everyone is sure to enjoy it.

Serves 2


  • 1 Whole Cauliflower

  • 1/2 Tbsp Paprika (50/50 smoked & sweet)

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 3/4 Tsp Salt

Salad & Dressing:

  • 2 Cups Mixed Spring Greens (suggestions: watercress, arugula, mustard greens, etc.)

  • 1 Clove Garlic

  • 1 Lemon - juiced

  • 1/2 Cup Tahini

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • 2 Tbsp Water


Slice the whole Cauliflower into 1/4 - 1/2in thick “steaks”. Mix Olive Oil, Salt and Paprika together and rub into steaks. Braise the steaks and then grill so that they are roasted on the outside and soft in the middle.

Combine all dressing ingredients together in a food processor.

Serve Cauliflower Steaks warm over salad greens with dressing and enjoy!
